What is the ticket refund policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event. Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a processing fee. Contact our support team for assistance.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets are transferable. Please contact our ticket office with the new attendee's details at least 24 hours before the event.

Are there group discounts available?
